Design Trade Program

Who Qualifies
Our trade program is open to verified design professionals, including:
- Interior designers and interior decorators
- Architects and architectural firms
- Stylists (residential, commercial, editorial, and set)
- Design studios and creative agencies
- Hospitality and commercial specifiers
Applicants are asked to provide proof of professional credentials — such as a business licence, portfolio, professional membership (e.g. ASID, AIA, BIID), or a studio website — during the application process.
Trade Pricing & Benefits
Once approved, trade members receive a dedicated discount code to use at checkout on every order. Benefits include:

How It Works

- Get approved — we review applications and aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
- Receive your code — once approved, you'll receive your personal trade discount code by email.
- Shop & save — apply your code at checkout on any order, any time.
Lead Times for Trade Orders
Most rugs in our collection are in stock and ready to ship within 3–5 business days. For custom sizing, bespoke colourways, or larger project quantities, lead times typically range from 8–12 weeks depending on the piece. We're happy to provide a firm timeline before you commit — just reach out and we'll confirm availability for your project.
